Start with the goal and audience
Explain who will watch, what they should understand, and where the video will appear. Brand awareness, public information, and entertainment need different structures.
Separate facts from creative choices
Distinguish information that must be accurate from expression that can be explored. Supply authoritative sources, product facts, character designs, and permissions; a reference is not a license to copy.
Specify the deliverables
Record formats, languages, captions, devices, and channels. If you need several versions, explain their uses and differences.
Plan review and rights confirmation
Identify who can approve content and materials. Discuss stage reviews, revision scope, credits, and usage rights. Budget and deadline should be considered together with production scope.
Responsibilities, schedule, budget, usage rights, and deliverables are defined in the project agreement. Examples illustrate related creative work; references to platforms, organizations, or projects do not imply their endorsement.
